Move from insight to action. Commit. Close the circle.
90-day planning, accountability design, commitment round, and the closing circle. This is where decisions are made.
Two days in. What has landed? What still needs a decision? What feels different now compared to when you walked in?
This is where insight turns into a plan. Each member maps their next 90 days with specificity. No abstractions. No vague goals. Real priorities, real eliminations, real commitments.
Overflow guest spotlight sessions if there are more guests than Day 2 could accommodate. Same format: build overview, focused feedback, closing reflection.
This is where The Operator Circle becomes more than a 3-day event. As a group, define what happens after everyone leaves the cabin. How does this room stay useful?
Last group lunch. This one matters.
This is the most important session of the event. Each member stands in front of the room and states, clearly and measurably, what they are committing to. No ambiguity. No soft language.
The final session. This is not a recap. This is a moment to honor what happened in the room, what each person brought, and what this circle means going forward.
The Operator Circle closes. What was built in this room continues beyond it.
Write down exactly what you committed to in the commitment round. Be specific. Be measurable.
The most important things from the entire 3 days. What changed. What became clear. What you will not forget.
What are you done tolerating? What are you letting go of? What no longer serves you?
The accountability structure the group agreed on. Cadence, format, who checks in on what.
